By accessing or using Loved.Domains ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is offered under the brand name Loved.Domains("we," "us," or "our"). For payment processing, invoicing, and required legal notices (including to sign up with payment processors such as Paddle), the Service is operated by Ahmet Dedeler ("Operator").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Loved.Domains provides AI-powered domain name search and discovery tools. Our Service helps users find available domain names based on their search criteria and preferences.

We do not register, sell, or manage domain names directly. Domain registration is handled by third-party registrars. We are not responsible for the actions of any third-party registrars.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans: We offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Payment Processor: Payments may be processed by Paddle (or another third-party payment processor). Your purchase and payment may also be subject to the payment processor's terms presented at checkout.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loved.Domains and/or the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of domain availability information. Domain availability may change at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Loved.Domains AND THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loved.Domainsand the Operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
